Returns

We only accept returns or replacements for items that:

* Arrive damaged
* Are defective
* Are incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

* A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

* Opened products
* Used products
* Products damaged through misuse
* Change-of-mind purchases

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:

* A replacement product
* Store credit
* A refund to your original payment method

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
